5 Must-Try Christmas Treats at Disneyland
The day before Thanksgiving we spent at Disneyland, stuffing our faces with Christmas Treats! I was so glad I investigated a bit before going to the park so I knew a little of what to look for and where. After trying so many yummy desserts, here are my 5 most favorite:
1.Candy Cane Beignets:
These are so, so yummy. Beignets are essentially scones, rolled in powdered sugar. The candy cane ones had just the right amount of peppermint flavor and candy cane bits in the powdered sugar. They are a messy treat, but very worth it! We found these at the Mint Julep Bar, near Pirates of the Caribbean.
2.Peppermint Marshmallows on a stick:
I wish I would have had a cup of cocoa to dip this in. The marshmallows are dipped in caramel, then chocolate and then rolled in candy cane bits. The caramel adds a surprising bit of deliciousness I wasn’t expecting. My girls loved this treat. We found these (and got to watch them dip them) at Pooh’s Corner.

3.Minnie Mouse Santa Hat Caramel Apple.
Caramel apples are never not my favorite. This one was particularly sugary, but oh so good. And I love the cute santa hat on top! It can be found several different places in the park-this one is at the corner candy store on Main St Disney, but we saw one at Pooh’s Corner as well.
4.Hot Fudge Sundae in an Elf Mickey Stein:
I love hot fudge. I did make the mistake of buying this at the end of the night when it was already cold so we didn’t enjoy it as much as we could have earlier in the day. The stein is darling and will be a cute trinket I can get out for Christmas every year as an M&M holder. It’s found at the Ice Cream Shoppe, next door to the candy store on Main St Disney.
5.Salted Caramel French Macaroon:
I saved this one for last because it.was.my.favorite. I have just recently come to love french macaroons and this one is incredible. You can find it at the Jolly Holiday Baking Company along with a holiday special tomato bisque and grilled cheese! Winner, hands down for the treat you MUST TRY at Christmas time.
