Banks Violet Bair joins older brother Luca (dad is Duff's ex-husband, Mike Comrie), and is Duff's first child with boyfriend Matthew Koma.

A new set of Instagram rules for teens will go into effect in September 2024 in hopes of reducing the harm of social media use. These restrictions include monitoring of topics, recipients, and more from the parent account and will decrease topics that might be harmful to kids.

Banks was apparently born at home according to Duff's IG post and was born healthy and happy on Thursday, 10/25/18. The new parents keep sharing snaps of Baby Banks on their social media accounts and we can't get enough!
