What is it about crossing Labor Day weekend off the calendar that makes us all immediately launch head-first into autumn?

Don’t get me wrong, I’m as stoked as the next person for scarves and boots and soup, but it’s still toasty warm around here, so let’s just dial down the frantic pinning of pumpkin-flavored-whatever and squeeze the last bit out of summer.

These no-bake Peanut Butter S’mores Squares are the perfect summer treat—they combine the glory of a goodie that doesn’t require firing up the oven AND they incorporate all of my favorite s’mores ingredients.

My husband, who could care less about sweets, said these were the most delicious thing he’s ever eaten. He ate them for dinner last Saturday night.

Then he wanted to know why I’d never made them before.

I think we have a winner!
