I am not a typical pumpkin fan. I haven’t found a pumpkin chocolate chip cookie that I like yet. But, I LOVE milkshakes, so I figured I’d give this one a try.

1 tablespoon vanilla extract

2/3 cup pureed pumpkin  (I used canned pumpkin and blended it a bit more)

1/2 tablespoon pumpkin pie spice

1/3 cup graham cracker crumbs

2-3 ounces of bourbon   (If you are not a drinker and for the kiddo’s, substitute with Chocolate syrup, and another squirt for taste)

frosting + sprinkles (or cinnamon sugar) for glasses

For directions and all the yummy particulars, check out How Sweet It Is.  The above photo and others are from her lovely blog.  The shake is indeed delicious.
