Peanut Butter is a great snack (in moderation, I know.) It goes great with apples, crackers, english muffins, celery, pretzels...you get the drift.

I came across this recipe from Delighted Momma for Almond Coconut Butter last week and I thought it sounded delicious.
I was right! I made a batch earlier this week and have been slathering it on my beloved Doctor Kracker 3-Seed Crispbread, much to my delight.
