Graco Recalls 3.7 Million Car Seats

Millions of popular car seats are recalled due to faulty buckles. It's one of the biggest Graco recalls in history.

In one of the biggest car seat recalls ever, Graco is recalling a whopping 3.7 million car seats sold in recent years, with more models still under investigation, according to the National Highway Traffic and Safety Administration. The problem, it seems, is the red release button, also known as the harness buckle, in the center of the car seats, which releases kids from the seats and can become crucial in case of an emergency. Graco says the recall affects "harness buckles used on all toddler convertible car seats and harnessed booster seats manufactured from 2009 to July 2013." So far no injuries have been reported.
