Half of me laughed out loud, and the other half of me simply felt warm and fuzzy. In the latest parenting video to go viral, a fun-loving dad decides to take a cue from his infant daughter when it comes to getting a great upper body workout. The result is a daddy daughter workout video that he calls the “Lilly Ann Workout.”
Look closely: The moves are pretty similar to a lot of the yoga and stretching exercises you’re probably doing, so this dad may be on to something!
