A picture is worth a thousand words and it's easier to show than tell so here you go . . .
The Hogwarts Express
I don't even have words for this.
The Flight of the Hippogriff
Loved this ride! You can see my son in the front and my daughter in the back and all of the expressions in between. Such a great shot!
Easy to access, quick lines, and so well done!
Seriously, he gets a photo of his own. I thought that Eddie Murphy was literally hiding inside this puppet. Whoever did his voice was spot on and just as funny. I was cracking up at how he interacted with the guests and could not figure out how he worked. Loved him!
This picture might not be the most captivating thing you've ever seen. But the items in it captivated my toddler while we dined peacefully to the side. UOR is so family friendly. This was at our hotel at the Loew's Portofino Bay. Saved. My. Life.

I told you. I hate souvenirs. But I literally could have bought every single Harry Potter item in the theme park. The staff left us an Extendible Ear in our room one night and my kids thought they'd test it out by seeing if they could spy on the room next door.
The After Party
That would be the pools. Between our Portofino Bay hotel and the Hard Rock Cafe pools they were among the coolest I've ever been to and again, EASY with little tiny kids.
Some wonderful photographer snatched this photo of my husband and daughter during the Luau at the Loew's Royal Pacific Resort (which btw was insanely beautiful).
Despicable Me Flashmob
While we were they UOR announced their newest attraction! (and who doesn't love dancing minions!)
Universal Orlando Resort’s newest attraction will be based on Universal Pictures and Illumination Entertainment’s blockbuster 3-D-CGI feature “Despicable Me,” bringing minions, mayhem and a whole new level of 3-D family fun to its guests. The Universal Creative team is working closely with producer Chris Meledandri, the founder of Illumination Entertainment, to create an all-new 3-D “Despicable Me” adventure that places guests right in the center of the action with their favorite characters from the film – Gru, daughters Margo, Edith and Agnes, and of course, Gru’s not-so-bright pit crew, the minions. The attraction will open in 2012 at Universal Studios Florida. USF
