One of my children’s favorite summer activities is a trip to Hawaiian Falls.

The endless hours of water slides, the lazy river, the kids area, every one of my kids loves this place!

Hawaiian Falls has multiple locations so that no one in the DFW area is too far from one. Check out their locations in Garland, The Colony, Mansfield, Roanoke, and Waco.

The options on what to do at each location is seemingly endless! The Flyin’ Hawaiian and Monsoon are new attractions with a 65 foot speed slide, which feels like you’re dropping straight down! As a special treat Friday nights are called Friday Night Slides because certain water rides in the park are now open until 10:00 pm. I just read their tweet that they’re also extending this offer for some Saturday nights also, throughout the rest of the season.

Parents looking for summer camps should check out Hawaiian Falls week long camps, that are from 9:00am until 4:00 pm for different age groups. Manners, servant leadership, and water safety are taught through fun activities, along with plenty of fun swimming time!

As frugal parents, we are all looking for the best discounts in summer attractions. All DFW and Tyler MOOYAH locations are now offering coupons for $7 off Big Kahuna tickets to Hawaiian Falls (regularly $24.99) with no purchase necessary!  All you have you have to do is visit your closest MOOYAH location and grab a coupon!  The coupons will be available at MOOYAH through July 29th.

After an entire day of riding the waves you’re little ones will be begging for food. Sharkey’s food court restaurant has everything from pizza and cold drinks to hot dogs and nachos.

Try to make this an all day trip to ensure you’re getting around to all the attractions. Here’s a map to help you around the Colony location. How awesome to finally have a summer event the entire family can agree on!
