For two hours, we were transported to a magical place (while revisiting the Disneytales of Princess and the Frog, Cinderella and Tangled). From the very start, my girls and I were blown away and on the edge of our seats (once I got over the pricey $12 Tangled themed snow cones I had purchased for both my girls).

My sport enthusiast hubby seemed to enjoy the show as well and was thankful I had brought light jackets for both kiddos (ice skating rink = cold kiddos). We dressed both girls as Snow White (our favorite Disney tale at the moment) and they weren’t alone once we saw other Disney princesses walking into the American Airlines Center. We were there an hour before, but it was just enough time to get settled in (we were amazed at the crowds we had to bypass since most stopped to look and purchase strategically placed Disney merchandise).

By far, Tangled was the best part (think of acrobatic feats and characters suspended in the air by Rapunezel’s hair!). If you get a chance to see Disney On Ice, it’d be worth the money well spent. The only drawback is that I found myself craving Cajun food (we satisfied this by later dining at Razzoos) after watching The Princess and the Frog.
