Kid’s Summer Program at Crossfit DFW-Wylie

If you are familiar with Crossfit, you know how intense it can be.

You also know how it helps you become stronger and more focused.  During the summer months, Crossfit Wylie offers a kids program geared to a younger person’s needs.

The kid’s program is similar to the adult program.  The kids will have warm ups, just like the adults, and then they will move on to skill movements, and then to the actual workout.  The kids will play games, complete obstacles, and have lots of fun while learning discipline and positive habits.

The Summer program is broken up into two 5 week series.  If you are a Crossfit member, you are able to do your classes at the same time as your child, so you can get in a good workout while they are preoccupied with their own fun.
