How much is too much screen time for kids?

The CDC says the average 6-8 year old spends about 6 hours a day in front of a screen. And the worst offenders? 11-14 year olds.

Over 2 hours a day seems like too much to me. But I’m kind of the screen police at our house. Check out these infographics:
