For all of you who absolutely cannot get enough of pumpkin patch fun in October, I’ve got a great one for you: try Pumpkins on the Prairie at Grace Avenue United Methodist Church, on Main St., in Frisco.
There is no fee to get in to this absolutely fabulous pumpkin patch! Yes, another FREE event!
The following activities are all Kid Friendly:
Hay Maze – This has to be the best part as all of my kids love to run through the maze. But yes, my 14 year old can now see over the walls! The maze is free.
Hay Rides – Free Hay Rides! When you hear the horn honk, be sure to yell “Pumpkins!”.
Bounce Houses – Two FREE bounce houses for your kids to jump all they want!
Face Painting – FREE again! Donations are accepted and you will want to donate as she is an exceptional face painter, and I’ve seen many. Saturdays from 11:00 am – 3:00 pm, and Sundays from 2:00 – 4:00pm.
Pumpkin Launching – Who does not love to launch a pumpkin, watch it fly and land with a distinctive splat! Hint: the boys in your family will love this! There is a small fee for this activity.
You will definitely want to add this pumpkin patch on your list of annual fall activities, especially because its free! (Did I say that again?) Pumpkins of all sizes and shapes are available to purchase. Don’t forget your camera for those adorable pictures!
