Happy Scrappy Christmas Garland
It’s happy and eclectic. I’m thinking that after my gallbladder gets yanked out next week, this would be a good craft to do while I’m lounging in bed and watching the second set of VHS Anne of Green Gables movies.
That’s right, I said VHS. That’s how I rock movies in my bedroom, on the TV my parents bought for me in 1997. It’s still going strong, and after this surgery, I will be, too.
Oh, but back to this garland! It’s made by tying a bunch of ribbon scraps in knots on a long strand of lights (or 2 or 3 strands if you have patience for a longer one). That’s it. The extent of craftiness needed to create this adorable garland is the ability to tie knots.
