With the 20th Anniversary of Harry Potter being this year, it just made sense to throw this adorable Harry Potter themed Baby Shower. My sweet friend is expecting twins and their entire family loves Harry Potter and she is going with a Harry Potter theme for all of their baby things. When we asked her the twins houses, she already knew that she was expecting a Griffindor and a Ravenclaw.

I love doing invites with Paperless Post. This invite was perfect to go along with our theme. Etsy, Pinterest and Google had so many (too many!) ideas for treats and decorations! We ordered gold coins and made golden snitches out of gold Lindt truffles.

Who else is loving the new illustrated version of Harry Potter? My kids love the illustrations and I love reading it with them!

Plush owls and hand-made quilts in the baby's house colors are just what every Harry Potter baby shower needs.

These sorting hat cupcakes were a huge hit! Baked inside were M&M's in the different house colors! Eating a cupcake let you know what house you were sorted into!

Everyone was able to take pictures in front of our fun backdrop! All we had to do was hang up some brick wall fabric and a 9 3/4 Platform. I love having a cute photo-op at parties!

This was the only activity we planned because we had a large group and it turned out so cute! For her we did a twin version, but I've included a singleton version below:
