I don't know about you, but I've had it with the celebrity mamas who pop a baby out (or in some cases, more than one baby) and then are posing in their bikini three weeks later talking about what a snap it was. Not only do I find it a little bit offensive, but I also consider it to be somewhat irresponsible. It's like they are trying to make other moms feel bad about themselves. These women have trainers, housekeepers, nannies, personal chefs and a whole other team of people to get them back on their feet. If you read an article about a celebrity talking about how easy it all is, and you forget about all of the help they have, you just end up feeling...well, bad.
Check out Jennifer Garner on the cover of InStyle this month. She talks about how she's not a girl who can wear skinny jeans throughout a pregnancy, and how when she makes her kids mac and cheese, she's craving it herself. And I feel like she might just actually sit down and eat it.
She makes pizza with her kids every Sunday and loves to use cream instead of milk when she uses her ice cream maker. Her dog's name is Martha Stewart. She's my kind of girl. Click here to read more about the InStyle interview with my new favorite celebrity mama.
