Airbnb And Coca-Cola Dip Their Toes Into Politics
Airbnb bought a last minute Superbowl ad spot and used their time to wade into the current political climate and send a reaffirming message called “We Accept”.
From Airbnb:
> We believe in the simple idea that no matter who you are, where you’re from, who you love, or who you worship, you deserve to belong. We know this is an idealistic notion that faces huge obstacles because of something that also seems simple, but isn’t – that not everyone is accepted.

Coca-Cola decided to resurrect an old ad from the 2014 Superbowl featuring different people singing a multilingual version of “America The Beautiful” and ending with the tagline “Together Is Beautiful”.
When it originally ran in 2014, Coke caught a lot of flak, and considering the current immigration controversy, I’m sure things will stay heated.
