A few Saturdays ago, we had baseball tryouts, my son whom is very passionate about baseball, did not want to go, after minutes of negotiaion and bribary off we went...upon arriving it was "dad city" on the baseball field, it appeared there were more dads than kids on the field. As I stood encouraging my son on the field to do his best, my other two children disappeared, as I frantically looked for them, they of course were sitting in front of me the entire time, I analyzed the situation asking myself about the many hats I wear in a course of the day, at that moment I had my "dad" hat on, but ultimately in the end I am a "mom" and that is what I can expect of myself!
