Were you thinking of making regular old mashed potatoes for Thanksgiving dinner? Meh. Kick your potatoes up a notch with this FABULOUS recipe from Kayotic Kitchen and originally from The Southern Junior League Cookbook.

Let me say two things.

This recipe calls for fresh mozzarella balls. Melted into mashed potatoes. Stop it.

If there is one thing to know about ladies in the Junior League it's that they can COOK. Junior League cookbooks are like food gold.
