Happy Birthday Today’s Mama
This month Today’s Mama turns five. I get to kick off our Anniversary Week posts because today is my birthday! That’s right, party people, it’s all cupcakes and margaritas today at my house. (Not really, since I’m nursing, but a girl can dream.)
I distinctly remember sitting in Rachael’s living room five years ago, celebrating my birthday with festive fruit tarts, and talking about the last minute to-do’s that we needed to take care of before TodaysMama.com would go live.
I can’t believe it’s been five years.
We’ve always strived for a mix of light-hearted and helpful on this website. Here’s a list of some of my favorite posts from the last five years.
Let me kick off my list of favorites with a post from one of my favorite people, Rachael Herrscher. Without her leadership, friendship, well timed text messages, and affection for Will Ferrell movies, I for one, would be nothing. Check out Suburban Thug—A New Dialect Spoken by Mothers.
