Gingerdoodles

It's happened. I try to hold all of my Christmas spirit back until after Thanksgiving is over. And once that turkey is cleared, BOOM! I can hardly contain myself. I want my tree up, my Christmas cards stamped, my presents bought and wrapped, and then I'm going to sit on the couch and stare at the Christmas lights and watch Elf 12 times. No joke. I LOVE CHRISTMAS.

Just to get in the spiced holiday baking frame of mind, check out this recipe from Bakergirl for Gingerdoodles. It's a magic creation of a gingersnap and snickerdoodle that will have you pulling out your Christmas lights in no time. Enjoy!
