Date Night in Seaport Village
It was the kind of date where it felt like we were dating again. It was fun, romantic, adventurous, relaxing…a little bit of everything. Seaport Village is just a beautiful area. The boats rocking gently in the water, some in and out of the harbor. The cute little shops and restaurants along the shoreline. Coronado Island in the backdrop. The street entertainers gathering crowds. It is so quaint and just feels like you’re away on vacation for the evening.
A date in Seaport Village can be as expensive or as cheap as you want it to be. You can spend a special evening here for an anniversary or birthday enjoying an amazing dinner. Or you could bring a picnic dinner of your own to enjoy on the grassy area among the trees as you watch the sun set. Grab a scoop of ice cream at the Ben & Jerry’s shop or bring your own dessert (we happened to stop and pick up incredible desserts from Extraordinary Desserts, YUM!). Do a little boutique shopping or enjoy a casual stroll through the area. There are many possibilities for a night out with your sweetheart!
