Create Your Own Holiday Card Display

Here's how holiday cards roll at my house. We get our first one around the first of December, and I question the person that sent it to us and why on earth they are so on the ball, yet I can't even find a pair of matching socks. What starts as a slow trickle becomes a mailbox jam and then slows back into a trickle with cards arriving on the 24th, that quite frankly make me feel on top of it for having at least beaten SOMEONE in getting my cards out.

What to do with those cards once they come inside? I've tried the basket approach, but you can't appreciate those smiley little faces. I have a little magnet card holder that works super duper for about the first four cards until it gets weighted down with holiday love. I'm on the hunt this year for a magical way to display all of our card goodness. And it might have been a short hunt, because I'm pretty in love with this Cagey Conifer courtesy of Disney Family Fun. That's right people, that's a tomato cage!

Easy Handmade Holiday Cards

I’m ashamed to admit that last years Christmas cards went out somewhere around the 22nd of December - not even a magician could make them arrive in Australia for the big day, what with the time difference and all.
