To go through the first 5 chakras start HERE or scroll to the bottom to pick and choose a chakra. Remember the chakras work from the ground up so start on the root and work your way to the brow!
The Brow Chakra is right in the middle of your forehead in between the eyebrows. It’s functions are to vitalize the cerebellum, central nervous system and vision. Focusing on intuition, insight, imagination, concentration, peace of mind, wisdom, devotion, and perception beyond duality.
The brow chakra is also purple in color and known as the right to see and the right to be seen. Seen in not only a ‘Peek-a-boo I see you’ sort of way but a ‘I see ALL of you; body, spirit, and mind’ sort of way. The element is light which is fitting because we see light with our eyes.
Your Exercise is a Meditation with Prayer hands at the Brow Center. “Close both eyes. Look from the other eye.” Rumi
1.Sit in a comfortable position. (It may help to warm up first so you can really quiet the body and mind)
2.Place the hands in prayer mudra, palms pressed together.
3.Gently press the back of the thumbs into the brow center.

Your mantra ‘I clearly see all good. In me, in others, and all around.”
We are not just our physical bodies we are energetic beings full of light and love. You can use your brow chakra to harness the vision to ‘see’ past the physical body in yourself and others.
In some the brow chakra may manifests as a sort of 6th sense such as psychic abilities, seeing auras, or being able to witness forms of energy that don’t have physical body. In others it manifests as a calming peace of mind, acceptance of others, and a sense of understanding, or knowing, even when it’s not logical.
Know that there’s no right or wrong, good or bad, just what is. Know that where you are is exactly where you’re supposed to be. Know your true self. Know.
