We have a fall fun list at our house. Our summer fun list was SO fun, that we needed a little something to keep us looking forward to all of the fun that fall has to offer. It's a pretty fall-y list...we've got make pumpkin soup A LOT, go to A LOT of pumpkin patches, carve pumpkins A LOT, make pumpkin bread A LOT and when I get tired of all of the pumpkin projects, make applesauce A LOT. We tackled the applesauce project last week and while there was a lot of peeling for this mama, the applesauce was amazing. Like blow Mott's out of the water amazing. We had never made homemade applesauce, but it was pretty life changing for this applesauce loving family. It was even worth all the peeling.
