OMG. I love balloons.
I’ve made a habit of filling the back seat of my car with helium balloons on various occasions…
To celebrate my girl’s last day of 1st grade.
To celebrate my Dad’s 71st birthday. Because “the man who has everything” didn’t have balloons.
But I’m not going to lie..wrangling balloons into my car has been tricky. And I’ve reluctantly skipped including balloons for a few of my festivities because I’ve not been able to fit a trip to the store into my schedule. But lo and behold! Look what’s available in my favorite party aisle!
I’ve stood in this spot so many times to pick out birthday candles and party balloons and NEVER saw the Balloon Time helium tanks. (I know!) For $23.99 I was able to get a Balloon Time Standard Helium Kit that came with a helium tank, 30 balloons, string, and enough helium to inflate 27-30 9-inch balloons.
Nothing can stop me now!
4th of July calls for a something FESTIVE, amirite?
Because I went BUCK WILD at the store once I discovered that balloons were within my everyday reach, I thought it would be to surprise our neighbor’s with an July 4th-themed surprise on their doorstep. (Hopefully it will make up for my lackluster winter holiday season behavior...December is crazypants and I haven’t sent Christmas cards in 3 years.)
But seeing THIS on their doorstep should do the trick!
-Latex Balloons (Red, White + Blue, Polka-Dot)
-Metal Bucket (Small)
INSTRUCTIONS 1. Fill the bucket with sparklers and pop-its.
2. Inflate 5-6 latex balloons.
3. Attach ribbon to balloons, gather, and tie to bucket handle.
4. Place on doorstep, ring doorbell...RUN!
Using the Balloon Time helium tank could not have been easier (the process is simple and the instructions are super clear) and for a balloon-lover like me, that’s pretty much the best news ever.
The Balloon Time website is PACKED with fun ideas and tutorials. I may need to consider earmarking some of my monthly budget for balloons based on how many of the ideas I pinned.
