Just a mom who is doing her best. I love food, but I do not always love to cook. Having a daughter with food allergies and various health issues has forced me to cook on a more regular basis. Over the years, I have researched, experimented, gotten ideas from hundreds of moms, and struggled to feed my family something wholesome, easy, inexpensive and pleasing. Not as easy as it sounds. Trust me. But I do love the process.
