Whether you are going to a party, looking for a gift, or enjoying a movie night at home, this white chocolate popcorn recipe is excellent. It’s quick and easy to make…and difficult to stop eating, it is so scrumptious! The sweet and salty and chocolatey goodness hits the spot. Try it this Valentine’s with red and pink m&m’s or use other holiday m&ms to fit the occasion.
White Chocolate Popcorn
1/2 cup popcorn kernels air popped (or 1 microwave bag popped)
2 cups pretzels (sticks or minis or break up larger ones…whatever your preference)
1 cup m&m’s1 bag white chocolate chips
1/2 brick vanilla almond bark (also called candy coating; you can find it in most grocery stores and Wal-mart)
1/3 cup dark chocolate, melted
Mix the popcorn with pretzels and m&m’s. Melt the white chocolate chips and almond bark in the microwave. Pour over dry mixture and stir until well coated. Pour out on a cookie sheet evenly and let cool. Drizzle dark chocolate over mixture. Serve when cooled. Store covered if you have any left over!
