S’mores Chocolate Cake Mix Cookies
They are one of the best parts of camping for me-the gooey marshmallow with a crispy outside, the simpleness of graham crackers and of course, chocolate. These cake mix cookies embody all that I love about s’mores and add on the perk of being a delicious cookie!! The best part about these S’mores Chocolate Cake Mix Cookies? You can totally make them with a yellow cake too if you’re not feeling chocolate that day (I don’t understand how that could happen, but if it does we’ve got you covered!)
Golden Grahams were the perfect way to add that yummy graham cracker flavor to our s’mores cake mix cookies. You could also pick up a box of the mini teddy grahams or get creative with full size graham crackers. Incorporating them into the dough makes them softer and they become part of the cookie. Sprinkling them on top leaves them crispy and more classic graham cracker consistency. I opted to split mine half and half to enjoy both textures.
