These blondies are just what you need. This is a basic, no frills, blondie recipe. However, they are soft and gooey, plus, delicious! They also take zero effort to whip together. A few simple ingredients and just one bowl. That’s all you need!
Mine are packed with chocolate chips, but, you can add just about anything you like to make these your own.
Some ideas… peanut butter chips, candy bars, nuts, white chocolate chips,dried fruit, raisins, pretzels, nutells swirl, caramel swirl or marshmallows.
One Bowl Blondies
Prep Time: 10 minutes
Baking Time: 20 minutes
Makes: 9-12 bars, depending on how you cut them

1/2 cup (1 stick) butter, melted
1 cup brown sugar
1 tsp vanilla
1 cup flour
1/2 tsp salt
1 cup chocolate chips ( or whatever you wish)
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease an 8 x 8 baking dish. In a mixing bowl, mix together brown sugar and egg until fluffy. Add in vanilla and butter. Slowly add in flour and salt. Mix until well combined. Pour into prepared pan and bake for 20-25 minutes.
