I am a Cooking Light convert. I’ve been enjoying the recipes and the nutrition info between the covers since I started grabbing the magazine at the store a few months ago.
With all of the delicious looking strawberries popping up in the produce section, I was delighted to see this recipe for No Bake Fresh Strawberry Pie in their May issue. This will be coming out of my kitchen very, very soon.
Juicy strawberries. Cream-cheesy filling. Chocolate Crust. It’s the trifecta of spring-time sweets.
