Experiment confession: I couldn’t find wheat shells at the store, so I used wheat lasagna noodles and wrapped the filling inside. Otherwise I followed the directions. It was A LOT more work than I expected and FAR more than the original recipe called for. Next time I’ll just buy regular shells and call it a day.
