Gingerbread Cake Mix Cookie Recipe
1 box spice cake mix
1 stick butter (softened at room temperature)
1 cup white chocolate melts
Gingerbread Cake Mix Cookie Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 350°.
2. Mix cake mix, egg and butter.
3. Pour entire batter out on a parchment lined cookie sheet and smooth with greased hands to 1/4" thick.
4. Bake at 350° for 9-12 minutes.
5. Allow to cool but not completely before using a gingerbread man cookie cutter to cut out cookies.
Once cooled completely, melt white chocolate according to package directions. Pour melted chocolate into a small frosting bag, snip the tip and decorate your gingerbread people! Using melted white chocolate instead of royal icing is a gingerbread cookie game-changer.
