Maple Clove Twists
Makes 2 drinks
Ingredients:
- Ice Cubes
- 3 oz (¼ cup plus 2 tbs) apricot brandy
- 2 oz (¼ cup) sweet vermouth
- 2 oz (¼ cup) pure maple syrup
- 1 tsp whole cloves
- Fill a cocktail shaker halfway with ice cubes. Add the brandy, vermouth, maple syrup and cloves. Shake well and strain into 2 brandy snifters or small glasses
Pumpkin Pie Martinis
Makes 2 drinks
Ingredients:
- Ice cubes
- 2 oz (¼ cup) vanilla vodka
- 2 oz (¼ cup) crème de cacao
- ¼ cup heavy cream
- 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
- Whipped cream, for garnish

- Fill a cocktail shaker halfway with ice cubes. Add the vanilla vodka, crème de cacao, heavy cream and pumpkin pie spice and shake well.
- Dip the rims of 2 martini glasses into a bowl of whipped cream. Strain the cocktail into the glasses.
Fennel Crushes
Makes 2 drinks
Ingredients:
- ¼ cup fresh fennel, coarsely chopped
- ¼ tsp fennel seeds
- Ice cubes
- 3 oz (¼ cup) anise-flavor liqueur, such as Pernod
- ¼ cup orange juice
- Add the fennel and fennel seeds to a cocktail shaker and muddle with a wooden spoon.
- Fill the shaker halfway with ice cubes. Add the gin, anise liqueur and orange juice. Shake for 10 seconds, and then strain into 2 ice-filled glasses.
Cinnamon Snaps
Makes 2 drinks
Ingredients:
- Ice cubes
- 3 oz (¼ cup plus 2 tbs) vodka
- 2 oz (¼ cup) apple schnapps
- ¼ cup apple cider
- ¼ cup sugar
- ½ tsp ground cinnamon
- Fill a cocktail shaker halfway with ice cubes. Add the vodka, schnapps, and cider; shake well.
- In a shallow bowl, mix the sugar and cinnamon. Moisten the rims of 2 champagne flutes and coat with the cinnamon sugar. Strain the cocktail into the flutes.
