We’re going to celebrate with some friends so I plan to show up with my ultra delicious guacamole dip! Every time I make it, I get a bunch of compliments and requests for the recipe. Enjoy!
Yields approximately 2 1/2 cups
6 medium, ripe avocados mashed with a fork or potato masher
juice of 1/2 lg lemon
2 – 3 T of Mrs. Renfro’s green salsa or other mild/hot green salsa (Mrs. Renfro’s is the best!)
3 – 4 lg cloves of garlic minced
1 ½ – 2 t of red onion minced
1 plum tomato diced small
dash of salt (about ¼ tsp)
dash of black pepper (about ¼ tsp)
Mash avocados in a big bowl, add the rest of the ingredients and stir. Serve with your favorite corn chips or add as a condiment to dinner.
