I used to take the all-or-nothing approach to sweet treats. If it wasn’t drenching in chocolate frosting or comprised mostly of Haagen Dazs ice cream, well then, WHAT WAS THE POINT?
Then I set myself on a mission to lose 30 pounds.
Seven months later, I get it.
Sometimes you just need a little something sweet without signing up for a solid 500-calorie shindig.
Not that these Cinnamon Pretzels from Midwest Living are low-calorie or, so help me, healthy, but I bet I could snack on a half dozen of these without washing away all my hard work at the gym.
As opposed to eating half a cheesecake. Which, has happened. To me.
