Best Easy Bundt Cake Recipe
I’m not a food blogger, nor am I a food photographer, but last night I baked a thing of beauty. The reason the picture looks good? 5:00 light through my front door and the fact that it’s a bundt cake. The best thing about bundt cakes? They make you look good. This is the easiest recipe on the planet, and my block party attendees thought I had the skills of Martha Stewart
This is a Danish Bundt Cake recipe that I stole from my mother in law. I love it because it’s such an easy bundt cake recipe. Seriously, you just dump everything in, mix, and bake.
I make this cake on the first day of school every year. This bundt cake makes your house smell amazing, and I love that it’s the first thing they smell when they walk through the door on the first day of school. Bonus? The cake is covered in a cinnamon sugar that gives the outer edge just the perfect amount of crisp. The sour cream and pudding in the recipe keeps the inside of the cake perfectly moist. Seriously a family favorite!
Danish Bundt Cake Recipe

- cinnamon sugar
Danish Bundt Cake Instructions
1. Mix everything together (don’t over-mix).
2. Spray pan with cooking spray (I coated my pan with butter).
3. Coat with cinnamon sugar (make sure you coat it well – it helps the cake come out easier and coats it with a crusty deliciousness).

Bonus! Here are some updated pics. I recently hosted a wedding shower for my sister. Again, not total pro food photography, ignore the kitchen clutter, but you can see how this Danish Bundt Cake makes everything look better. {Oh, and that cake stand helps too, I snagged it from Minted.com. It’s my favorite!}
