Spread out your dough on flour or oil. I usually roll it out on the counter. If it becomes too odd-shaped you can use a pizza cutter to cut off the edges. Flip your dough onto the pan quickly so that it has less time to stretch and get holes.
Next, add your barbecue sauce and spread it out evenly. Get as close to the edges as you feel comfortable. Next sprinkle the mesquite seasoning around the edges. Also spray the edges with a little of the olive oil spray. If they are super flour-y spray them a little extra.
Now add your toppings. This time I used turkey we had on hand, mushrooms and cheese. I left off the onions for my husband.
Now bake your pizza for 10-18 minutes depending on how thick your crust is. Use your pizza dough recipe as a guide.
Once your pizza is baked let it cool, cut it and serve it. As always, enjoy!
