Do your kids gobble up everything you prepare, no matter how many vegetables are involved? Mine too! Oh wait, except no they don’t. Somehow they would prefer eating boxed macaroni and cheese or salty canned soup instead of some of my made-from-scratch meals. I hope they will come around as they get older, but for now I’ll just try to convince them that these healthy homemade versions of some of their processed favorites are just as good as the originals!
