This is not the meal to cook in the “cute” serving dish that you want to be able to use to haul Jell-O salad to Grandma’s for Thanksgiving.
Also, you’re going to want to thoughtfully consider the state of your oven before jacking that dial up to 500. That cheese that dribbled off your take-and-bake pizza last weekend?
Yeah, that’s gonna smoke like the dickens.
But, I promise, this chicken is totally worth it.
