The turkey is not my friend on Thanksgiving. I know there are loads of you out there just visualizing your leftover turkey sandwiches dripping with cranberry sauce the day after Thanksgiving, but personally, I think that big bird is for the birds.

It's not my thing. What am I all about on Thanksgiving?

I'm all about the mashed potatoes and the roasted autumn squash and the rolls and the list goes on. You can keep the turkey.
