Contest Rules
TODAYSMAMA OFFICIAL CONTEST RULES
TodaysMama, LLC (the “Company”) may change the dates and/or terms of the Contest without prior notice. Any material changes will be posted online on Company’s website (http://www.todaysmama.com/exclusives.php). A purchase will not improve a participant’s chance of winning and a purchase is not necessary to participate in and/or win the Contest. The Contest is void where prohibited by law.
ELIGIBILITY
The Contest is open to all legal U.S. residents, 18 years of age or older. Employees or contractors of the Company or any other entity or sponsor associated with the Contest, as well as members of the immediate family or members of the same household of any such employee, contractor or sponsor, may not participate.
HOW TO ENTER
A participant may visit the Company website to obtain specific contest entry details and online entry form.
SELECTION OF WINNER
A participant may visit the Company website to obtain specific winner selection information. In contests where the winner is selected “randomly”, the winner entries will be counted (the first entry in the contest being designated as #1) and the Company will utilize Random.org (www.random.org) to select the number of the winning entry. In the event that the winning entry is ineligible, another number will be selected utilizing Random.org.
PRIZES
Prize descriptions can be obtained on the Company website. Prize values will vary in each contest. Winners will be contacted via the email address provided in the contest entry form submitted online. If Company is unable to contact the winner within 14 days, prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected.
CONDITIONS/RESTRICTIONS
All sales, prize and other taxes along with any other incidentals associated with the prize are the sole responsibility of the prizewinner. Prize cannot be transferred, assigned, redeemed for cash or substituted, except Company reserves the right to substitute a prize of comparable value should prize become unavailable. The Company assumes no responsibility or liability for damages loss or injury resulting from acceptance or use of the prize. Winner will be responsible for any taxes or fees that result from the receipt and/or use of their prize and may receive an IRS Form 1099-Misc. The Company is not responsible for replacing event tickets in the event of cancellation as a result of weather, promoter, team, or performer.
The Company is not responsible for the failure or inability to complete a telephone call, fax, or e-mail whether due to equipment malfunction, busy lines or otherwise. The Company and sponsors are not responsible for incomplete or illegible entries; technical, hardware, software or telephone or other transmission failures of any kind; lost or unavailable network connections; or incomplete, garbled or delayed computer transmissions whether caused by the Company, users, by any equipment, which may limit a participant’s ability to participate. The Company reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel or suspend a promotion or contest should a virus, bug, computer or other problem beyond the control of the Company corrupt the administration, security or proper execution of any promotion or contest. TodaysMama, LLC, in its sole discretion, may award prizes to entries received by alternate means.
In exchange for the right to participate in the giveaway, each participate agrees to release and indemnify the Company, and its officers, directors, contractors, and employees, or any other entity affiliated with the Contest (the “Released Parties”), from any and all claims, demands and/or causes of action of any nature or kind whatsoever, whether presently known or unknown, foreseen or unforeseen, that arises out of the participant’s participation in the Contest.
By entering the Contest, all participants consent to the use of their name, photograph, likeness, biography, voice and/or video for advertising and promotional purposes, including online announcements, without limitation and without compensation. Anyone using fraudulent means to participate and/or win the Contest will be disqualified.
I have never flown southwest, because we have not been on a plane since our sweet children came into the picture, but oh how we would love to fly Southwest, and any warm weather destination would be fabulous!
I love flying southwest because you can choose your seat and its always like a first class seat. Bags fly free! Even better. Friendly people and easy on and off flights.!

I’ve never flown with Southwest because you don’t go to Maine where our family is. However, I have the opportunity to go Dallas for my business and would love to fly with Southwest!
Thank you South West – the only time I fly is with you! South West makes it possible for me to visit my daughter in NC. I would love to visit her again!
I love traveling with SouthWest Airlines. The attendants on my last flight were so funny that the entire plane was probably shaking with the laughter that was erupting! I like the no-frills attitude, and the fact that we can pick up our own food choices prior to entering the aircraft. All in all, the atmosphere that SouthWest has is refreshing..All-American, if you will!
I always meet the nicest people on Southwest and the flight attends are cool, casual and have hilarious jokes. Some even sing which is always entertaining!
i love southwest to the moon. they are great! they really do have the best business model out of all the airlines!

I’ve always heard wonderful things about Southwest, but have never flown with them. Would love to try them out.
We exclusively fly Southwest, because their prices and service can’t be beat! I would love to go to Denver and visit my son. This is my first Mother’s day without my Mom. My son and DIL just got their first home and closed yesterday! They are excited and want me to come see and help them decorate. Happy Mother’s Day to everyone!

I love Southwest because they are fun. The flight attendants are always kind and fun spirited. And they often have lower fares.
Southwest has been my airline of choice for a long while. I love how competitive their fares are. I have been searching for someway to go visit my grandchildren this summer. If I could win these tickets it would be an answer to my prayer to go see them.
Southwest always has LOW fares.. Yahoo!! and free bags? Who wouldn’t love that. They have always been helpful when I fly with my little children too! I would love a trip and really would go anywhere!!! MN has had the longest winter I can remember.
I love Southwest, it has been a few years since I’ve flown but the last time I flew Southwest (as last I knew) they didn’t charge to check bags, they offered early check-in that could be completed before you even left home and their staff is great, I thought our pilot could have doubled as a stand up comedian!
My husband and I would go to Maine for my birthday, his camp reunion and to visit family!
It’s been a few years since I’ve flown Southwest, but I just remember how warm and friendly the employees were. To me, that makes them a great company!
If we were able to get tickets, I’d take my husband to Boston this fall.
We really enjoyed our Southwest experience over the Thanksgiving holiday. Everyone was friendly and professional and we would fly again without hesitation.

I would feel very safe with my newly adopted daughter from China if we were fortunate enough to win a flight from Southwest. I would take her to Disney World.
I only fly Southwest and am currently planning our family’s next vacation to visit Great Grandparents!

Mama’s Holiday Wish List Meme

1. What is your holiday wish for your family?
I wish for one thing most of all!!! For my kids to be able to spend the whole day with me and with each other… (My 15 yr old is inpatient in the hospital for emotional issues we are trying to work on. He has been in for 3 months now.) His little brother has not been able to see him the entire time and they truly miss each other as much if not more than I do…
2. What is your Christmas morning / Hanukkah Nightly tradition?
Since it is just me and my children, we open gifts first and foremost, then they play with their new toys etc… while I finish fixing Christmas dinner for us!!!
3. If you could ask Santa for one, completely decadent wish for yourself, what would it be?
I wish to have that lap band surgery so I can look as well as feel better myself. I would also have lots more energy to really play hard with my children!!!
4. How do you make the holidays special without spending any money?
By spending all my time with my children, playing games or riding bikes, or whatever they want to do. (Which is almost always something very energetic!!! lol)
5. What games did you play with your family growing up?
I guess growing up, our BIGGEST game was LIFE or BATTLESHIP… Or Twister was ALWAYS a really fun game with everyone involved!!!
6. What holiday tradition have you carried on from your own childhood?
There are several actually, like decorating the tree the day after Thanksgiving, The kids help me fix the fun stuff like pies and cookies, (the cookies is a big one, the kids always do the decorating the cutout cookies!!! lol)
7. Where would you go for a Christmas/Hanukkah-away-from-home trip?
Most definitely somewhere with lots of snow!!! Christmas is supposed to be WHITE!!! lol A cabin in the mountains would be so wonderful with my kids. We could make snowmen and snow angels and have snowball fights!!! Wonderful!!!

XBox 360 250 GB with Kinect And/Or Nintendo Red Wii Bundle for the kiddos… they would go absolutely NUTS over these things!!! And this Nintendo Red Wii Bundle for myself!!! I like games too!!! lol And who couldn’t use the gift cards??? I think everyone would love to get those also!!!
What an awesome prize package! I am most excited about the Aveda hand ReliefTM for myself and the BB Spray de Mode Hairspray for my daughter. Breast cancer education and awareness is so important.
