Slow Cooker Mac’n’Cheese

This mac’n’cheese is guaranteed to be a hit at your next backyard barbecue or church social.  It’s impossibly easy to make, is made with real ingredients and tastes like the greatest American comfort food you’ve ever put in your mouth.  Kids LOVE it.

Slow-Cooker Mac'n'Cheese


  • 12-16 oz uncooked macaroni
  • 4 Tbsp butter
  • 1 12 oz can evaporated milk
  • 1 1/2 C half & half
  • 3 C shredded cheese
  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • salt & pepper to taste

Slow-Cooker Mac'n'Cheese


Spray slow-cooker with cooking spray, add butter and turn on to low.  In a separate pot of boiling water, cook the macaroni to al dente and drain.  Add to butter in slow-cooker and stir.

Add the additional ingredients, reserving 1 cup of the shredded cheese and stir to mix well.

Cook on low 2-3 hours.  During the last 15 minutes add the remaining cup of shredded cheese on top.  Keep the slow-cooker on warm until ready to serve.
