13 Popsicle Recipes Your Kids Need This Summer www.TodaysMama.com #kids #popsicles

It seems like just a couple weeks ago people were talking about snow (oh wait, it was a couple weeks ago), but in most of the country Spring has definitely moved in. We have had some pretty hot days here in San Francisco lately, and when I was in Mississippi last week, it was downright HOT. While we were there, my mom made the kids popsicles with a sugar-free energy drink and blueberries, and they LOVED them. Fortunately, we were staying in a house with a huge back yard, so we could banish send them outside to drip sticky popsicle all over the place.

After that trip, I realized that I would have many popsicles in my future this summer, so I set out to find more fun ideas for my boys. I’m excited to share some of those finds with you today. Many of these popsicle recipes are loaded with healthy things like fresh fruit, Greek yogurt, coconut milk, and chocolate. OK, maybe the chocolate is not exactly healthy, but it is more than welcome in my freezer! I hope you and your kids have as much fun with these frozen treats as we do. Enjoy!
