5 Fresh and Easy School Lunch Ideas

If you’re anything like me, you’re always looking for fresh and easy school lunch ideas. After all, it’s not just our kids who get bored of the same rotation, parents get bored of it, too.

One of my new year resolutions was to expand my son’s lunchbox repertoire because the kids refuses to eat cafeteria food, even when they’re serving some of his fave meals. He just likes the idea of my making him a fresh and easy school lunch, and I can’t blame him. To expand our school lunch ideas, I recently searched for a slew of new recipes, and I found these five to be tasty, reliable and kid-friendly.

These are all fun lunch ideas, Ana! I especially like the pizza buns.

My son will only eat school lunch a couple times a month, on quesadilla, taco, or cheeseburger days. Everything else is completely inedible as far as he is concerned! He eats a lot of PB&J 😉
