My son doesn’t have celiac disease, but let’s just say, gluten is NOT his friend. Did I mention he’s also allergic to dairy?
Finding food that he can eat has been challenging. Yes, there’s Pinterest and food blogs and gluten free foods galore flooding the grocery store. But finding a toddler friendly recipe that doesn’t call for dairy or 67 ingredients that I’ve never heard of…not so much.
Let’s be honest. Some of the gluten free crackers that I’ve purchased taste like sand.
Imagine my delight when I stumbled upon the gluten free line from Annie’s. The clouds parted in the sky, it was quite a powerful gluten free moment.
The people who bring you the DELICIOUS bunny crackers and boxes of pasta that my daughter requests at least once a day now carry a gluten free line that will leave you munching away, whether or not you are able to digest gluten. Check out Annie’s Gluten Free Snacks…
SnickerDoodle Bunny Cookies (I’m not going to lie, we’re obsessed with these)
Let’s face it, toddlers love snacks. When you’re not snacking on their delicious gluten free cookies, be sure to check out their fruit snacks. Picky about your fruit snack flavor? They have six.
Not into fruit snacks? How about fruit bites? They have four flavors of those too.
Did I mention that their delicious mac and cheese also comes in a gluten free version? We’re missing out on this due to our little dairy situation, but my daughter eats enough of their regular mac and cheese to make up for it. For those without a dairy allergy, stock up on Gluten Free Deluxe Rice Pasta and Cheddar, Gluten Free Rice Pasta and Cheddar, Gluten Free Rice Shells with Creamy White Cheddar, Gluten Free Microwaveable Mac & Cheese, Rice Pasta & Gluten Free Microwaveable Mac & Cheese Cup.
While my two year old isn’t eating a whole lot of salad at this point, Annie’s has a line of gluten free salad dressings and condiments that will blow your mind.
These opinions of Annie’s are entirely my own as is my recommendation of putting down your sandy tasting crackers and stocking up on Annie’s today.
Gluten is for the birds.
