When it comes to food contributions on Easter, I’m not all about the ham or the deviled eggs. I want to be all over the Easter desserts and because I think that EVERY occasion require a dessert table, I like to plan it out ahead of time. There was one year when I was trying to make my own Peeps at 2am. They didn’t quite turn out. And there was last year, when I was trying to craft little bunny faces on cupcakes at 1am. Let’s just say they didn’t look like anything that Amy made.
I’ve learned. I can make delicious desserts that generally turn out much better when I’m not trying to mold tiny bunny whiskers or shape marshmallows.
