I have proclaimed my love for cream cheese anything before. But with gingerbread? The PERFECT holiday treat!

These are so easy. And seriously people. With the tree decorating and the shopping and the wrapping and the card sending and all of the family memory making and cooking, and on and on and on and on, do you really need a complicated cookie recipe? NO.
