Carina has been typing on the internets before there was a www in front of everything. This is why she’s cranky and wants to know when you’ll get off her lawn. She resides in a hopelessly outdated home in the Mountain West with a mathematician and two boys. Her laundry is not done, but her Twitter and The Jet Set blog are totally up to date. Carina does not have a Tumblr, because get serious.

It’s been a bumpy couple years in our house (and probably in yours,) but 2012 was kind to us, and I’m grateful for the respite! I’d love to remember the highlights of 2012, if you’d like to come along.

I checked my iTunes for my most played song this year:

DJ Viceroy’s Jet Life remix of Notorious B.I.G.’s Going Back to Cali was the runaway winner. I could spin this track for another ten years. You can download it here (but be careful of little ears, because, you know, BIGGIE.)

    Looks like you had a great year. I would love to try your award-winning guacamole! As far as I’m concerned, all other food was created so you could eat it with guacamole.
