Attention, this is the easiest Halloween class treat in the world.  EVAR.

Supplies:

Bag of Tootsie Roll Pops
Box of Kleenex
Roll of yarn or ribbon
Scissors
Black marker

No offense, but if you can’t figure out the how-to from looking at the finished photo, you should probably just put store-bought cookies in a ziplock bag and call it a day.
